NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Disability access
The main entrance to the surgery is completely step free with automatic doors. There is a ramp available for wheelchair users at the car park entrance to the building and a low section on the reception desk. We also have disabled toilet facilities available.
We offer a foreign language translation service provided by language line, as well as sign language translators. These should be booked 2 weeks in advance of any appointments where possible.
Lymphoedema service
Central (North Norfolk, Norwich, South Norfolk)
The clinic is situated within the West Pottergate Health Centre. Parking is available at the rear, but you need to register your vehicle on arrival on the tablet at reception.

West Pottergate Medical Practice are unable to transfer your calls, telephone lines are staffed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am to 4pm. Please note that they are not staffed on Thursdays. If you need to reach us outside these hours, kindly leave a voicemail, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
For patients eligible for hospital transport to attend clinic appointments, please contact HTG Group at 0345 241 3012 to arrange this service.
